The Practice This is not a 12-minute-visit, click-through-the-template job. Our providers manage a genuinely broad scope — procedures, chronic disease, acute and urgent presentations, wellness visits, and everything else rural family practice brings through the door. You'll see a diverse panel with complex, varied conditions, and you'll have the autonomy to treat them. You'll be supported by Randy Hancock, D.O., who has cared for this community for more than 20 years and brings deep expertise in procedural and rural medicine. He is genuinely available — in person and by phone. New graduates and PAs transitioning from another specialty are welcome; the mentorship here is real, not a line in a job posting. You'll also have a dedicated, experienced Medical Assistant assigned to you — not shared, not rotating.
