Certification CPR DEA License Medical License Full Job Description We are looking for skilled Women's Health Providers to join our well established and accredited team of providers who provide high quality comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological services to women of all ages. As an Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN), you will provide outpatient Obstetrics & gynecology services including prenatal /postnatal care, birth control services, well-woman visits, and gynecologic care in a supportive, and quality-oriented manner.
Essential Functions:
Provides direct care for OB/GYN patients by obtaining medical history, performing appropriate physical examinations, and creating an assessment and treatment plan. This may include ordering and following up on labs/imaging, performing necessary procedures, and referring for specialty care when needed. Administers or prescribes treatments and medications. Follows up and monitors patient's progress throughout treatment plan. Documents the evaluation and plan of care. Provides patient education on a variety of women's health topics. Collaborates and consults with other in house allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Position Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited
School of Medicine Board Certified/Board Eligible Current Arizona License DEA Certificate Current CPR Certificate Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in primary care
