None Position Summary A physician-led, regionally recognized orthopedic group in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join its growing surgical division. This full-time opportunity offers a well-balanced case mix-approximately 50% elective and 50% trauma-delivered across a collaborative, multi-site model that includes an on-site ASC and hospital call responsibilities. Surgeons benefit from a built-in referral base, two dedicated ORs within the ASC, and trauma call at a major Level II facility. The position is supported by experienced PAs and offers opportunities for teaching, leadership, or research for candidates interested in academic engagement.
