Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$260,000 $325,000 annually
Bonus Potential:

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for an OB/GYN who is confident in both clinical and surgical aspects of women s healthcare. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, patient-focused, and eager to form long-term relationships with patients. Whether you're an experienced physician or in the early stages of your post-residency career, we invite candidates ready to contribute meaningfully and grow with us. Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures Manage a full spectrum of women s health conditions across the lifespan Conduct annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and menopause management Collaborate with mid-level providers, nurses, and specialists across multiple disciplines Participate in the shared call rotation and provide hospital coverage as scheduled Maintain accurate, thorough documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) Stay engaged with ongoing clinical education and best practices Practice Highlights Full-spectrum OB/GYN role with both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities Balanced mix of OB and GYN patients for both physicians and CNMs On-call schedule typically ranges from 3 6 shifts per month , depending on branch location Steady patient volume supported by an established and reliable referral base Flexibility in scheduling to support work-life balance and individual professional goals Opportunities to develop subspecialty interests, including minimally invasive gynecologic surgery Inclusive, collaborative team culture that values communication and mutual support Strong clinical and administrative infrastructure to optimize efficiency, patient care, and provider satisfaction Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Completion of a U.S.-based, ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (excluding Puerto Rico) Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona Take the Next Step If you re ready to make a significant impact in a supportive, community-centered practice that values collaboration, integrity, and high-quality care, we d love to hear from you.
