Job Description

Overview Synergy Health 360 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through comprehensive medical care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients under the supervision of a physician. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and practice protocols. Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting. Perform clinical procedures as appropriate to training and scope of practice. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, community outreach programs, and ongoing professional development activities. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of practice. National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care required . Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and evidence-based medical practices. Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with the healthcare team. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred.
