March 19, 2026 Summary Arbor Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Surprise, Arizona practice just 40 minutes outside of Phoenix Build a path to your future with the largest pediatric practice in the nation!

Position Overview:

Full-Time Outpatient Opportunity Weekday schedule 8-5 Saturday AM 1 in 6 weekends d office call

Experience Required:

1+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006, must be board certified Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Arizona Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Arizona Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required Arbor Pediatrics is a well-established group of primary care pediatric clinics serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona area.
