Gastroenterologist (General GI & Advanced GI) in Yuma, AZ A growing gastroenterology practice in Yuma, Arizona, is seeking board-eligible or board-certified Gastroenterologists to join a high-volume, procedure-focused team. Serving a rapidly expanding patient population, this position offers high clinical autonomy, extensive APP support, and flexible practice models for both General GI and Advanced Endoscopy specialists. Salary:
General GI physicians earn $800,000, while Advanced GI physicians earn $900,000 full-time, plus $75 per wRVU above threshold, a 5% annual quality bonus, and a sign-on bonus of up to $200,000.Flexible Practice Model:
Choose a General GI or Advanced GI role with dedicated clinic, inpatient, and endoscopy responsibilities based on your training and interests.Four-Day Workweek:
Enjoy the option of four 10-hour days or four 8-hour days, a shared 1:4 clinic call, and clinic call triaged by MAs with no travel restrictions while on call.Established Clinical Support:
Join gastroenterologists, a hepatologist, and seven APPs, with CRNA anesthesia support and procedural volumes ranging from 14-22 cases per day. Candidate Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology. General GI physicians are welcome; ERCP is required for Advanced GI candidates, EUS encouraged but not required. H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available. Interest in practicing within a collaborative, procedure-focused environment.
