Full-Time Physician Hospital Medicine Overview A well-established hospitalist group in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join their team covering local hospitals. This role offers 12-hour night shifts (in-house 9 hours, paid for full 12) , minimal admissions, no procedures, and strong specialty backup , making it ideal for Internal Medicine-trained physicians who enjoy hospitalist medicine with predictable night shifts . H1 and J1 visa candidates are welcome to apply.
