This vital role involves evaluating and treating injured workers, managing high patient volume, and ensuring accurate medical documentation to support compliant and effective care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to patient care within a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic medical setting dedicated to helping injured workers recover and return to function. Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and follow-up visits for patients with work-related injuries, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning Manage high-volume patient flow efficiently while maintaining quality of care and patient satisfaction Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans in accordance with workers' compensation guidelines and medical necessity Complete timely, detailed, and compliant medical documentation, including reports and progress notes Collaborate with physical therapy staff, chiropractors, and administrative team to ensure coordinated patient care Review medical records and diagnostic studies to support clinical decision-makingCommunicate effectively with patients, staff, case managers, and other stakeholders regarding care plans and progress Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and workers' compensation documentation requirements Assist in improving clinic workflow efficiency and maintaining productivity standards QualificationsActive and unrestricted MD license in California (required) Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume caseload (20-40+ patients per day) Strong clinical decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent documentation and report-writing skills with attention to detailWorkers' compensation experience preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with EMR systems and medical documentation platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaborationAbility to multitask, stay organized, and maintain efficiency under pressure Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining productivity Join our team to make a meaningful impact by providing care to injured workers in a structured, high-performing clinical environment.
