Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a dynamic and highly respected anesthesia team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with strong surgical programs and a collaborative team culture in Californias Central Valley.
Practice Highlights:
Dedicated cardiac anesthesiology practice with a mix of complex adult cardiac cases Coverage includes CABG, valve procedures, TAVR, and other advanced cardiac interventions Well-established cardiovascular surgery program with consistent case volume Shift-based model with flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance Shared call with manageable in-house and backup responsibilities Opportunities for additional compensated shifts Collaborative team environment with strong support from experienced anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and surgical staff Emphasis on quality outcomes, efficiency, and team-based care
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary starting at $540,000+ Generous employer-funded retirement contributions Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and CME Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus Paid malpractice with tail coverage Additional incentives for cardiac experience and productivity
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology with cardiac experience or fellowship training preferred Eligible for California medical license Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cardiac care
