We are seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a physician-led anesthesia team serving hospitals in the Fresno/Clovis area. This full-time 1099 opportunity offers competitive compensation, partnership from day one, a $25K sign-on bonus, and an average of approximately 6 weeks off per year. The physician will provide anesthesia services across a broad range of cases, including general, orthopedic, bariatric, spine, endoscopy, OB, trauma, pediatric, cardiac, and neonatal cases. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care and perform preoperative evaluations Develop and manage appropriate anesthesia plans Administer general, regional, and other forms of anesthesia Provide care across various surgical and procedural cases Participate in 24-hour from-home OR call and 24-hour in-house OB/trauma call Participate in weekend call every 2-3 weeks Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety
Qualifications:
MD or DO with Anesthesiology residency training New graduates welcome Active California medical license or eligibility ACLS preferred OB, regional anesthesia, and trauma experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
