We are hiring for a hospitalist position. Candidates must be comfortable rounding and admitting patients during their shift.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center. Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
Qualifications:
Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound. Flexible Scheduling:
Day shift hours are 7 am - 7 pm. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. We also have a day admitter position from 7 am - 7 pm. This is afull or part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. No procedures required. Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives, including length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings. Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
