• New Clinic — Founding Provider Opportunity Viteva Wellness Clinic is opening the Central Valley's first comprehensive concierge aesthetic, wellness, and longevity practice — a physician-led, evidence-based clinic that unites functional medicine with advanced aesthetics under one roof.

We're building something Fresno and Clovis have never had, and we're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to help shape it from the ground up. If you're passionate about hormone optimization, peptide protocols, and truly personalized preventive care — and you're energized by helping build training systems and clinical workflows rather than inheriting them — this is a rare founding-provider seat. About Viteva Founded by two accomplished medical professionals, Viteva bridges advanced medical science with an elevated, organic wellness experience. We will offer hormone optimization, peptide therapy, EBOO therapy, early cancer detection panels, microbiome analysis, lymphatic drainage, IV therapy, and comprehensive longevity protocols — services Central Valley patients have until now had to travel hours to access. We operate under a fully compliant California CPOM structure with strong physician oversight, standardized procedures, and a genuine culture of clinical learning. What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based functional medicine care, with a focus on TRT, HRT, and peptide therapy tailored to each patient's labs, goals, and health history.
• Perform Good-Faith Exams and comprehensive intake evaluations, and design individualized optimization plans with routine reassessment throughout each protocol.
• Interpret advanced diagnostics — hormone panels, metabolic and micronutrient labs, biomarkers — and translate them into clear, actionable protocols for patients.
• Help build, refine, and document standardized procedures and clinical protocols alongside our Medical Director as the practice grows.
• Assist in training and onboarding new clinical staff (RN injectors, medical assistants, future mid-level providers), sharing your expertise and helping raise the whole team's clinical standard.
• Partner closely with the physician Medical Director under collaborative, physician-approved protocols and standing orders.
• Deliver concierge-level patient experiences — attentive, discreet, and relationship-driven — that keep clients returning and referring. What We're Looking For
• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Furnishing number / prescriptive authority (NP) or delegation-of-services agreement eligibility (PA).
• Genuine interest or experience in functional / integrative medicine, hormone optimization (TRT/HRT), and peptide therapy — we'll invest in advanced training for the right candidate.
• Strong comfort interpreting labs and building individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• A teaching mindset — you enjoy mentoring, documenting workflows, and helping onboard others.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered bedside manner suited to a concierge setting.
• A builder's temperament: comfortable with ambiguity, energized by shaping a new practice rather than maintaining an established one. Nice to Have
• Prior med spa, wellness, longevity, or anti-aging clinic experience.
• Aesthetic injectable certification (tox / dermal filler) or willingness to certify.
• Familiarity with IV therapy, or A4M / functional medicine coursework or certification. Why Join Us
