7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicianto provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary careto patients across the lifespan.

This role focuses onpreventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of carewithin a collaborative, team-based clinical environment supported by strong administrative infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all agesDeliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease managementPerform physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and STD testingDiagnose conditions and prescribe medications and treatment plansOrder and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studiesProvide women's health, family planning, prenatal, and postnatal careEducate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestylesRefer patients to specialists as clinically appropriateMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHRCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teamsParticipate in quality improvement initiativesMay supervise or collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician AssistantsMay assist in training residents or advanced practice studentsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesReview patient records including allergies, medications, and immunizationsObtain and update detailed medical historiesPerform appropriate physical examinationsOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testingAnalyze findings to make accurate diagnosesDevelop and implement treatment plans, including medications and therapiesDocument all encounters and care plans in the EHRQualificationsMD or DO(required)Residency training inFamily Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-PedsBoard Certified or Board Eligible(required)Endocrinology fellowship (if applicable) with board certification/eligibility acceptedActive state medical license and DEA registrationExperience caring for patients across the lifespanFamiliarity with EHR systems and basic computer proficiencyBilingual Spanish preferredExperience witheClinicalWorks (eCW)is a plusOpen tonew graduates and experienced physiciansThis is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking strong compensation, structured work-life balance, and the chance to serve a diverse community in a supportive outpatient setting.??Apply through LinkedIn today
