My client is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified or board-eligible Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon to join their growing practice in Danville, California. This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon who is passionate about facial aesthetics, breast surgery, body contouring , and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is clinically excellent, patient-centered, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with a desire to build a long-term practice within a rapidly growing physician-led organization. The surgeon will have access to an established patient base, dedicated marketing support, experienced clinical staff, and a fully accredited surgery center environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and body contouring Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes Collaborate with dermatology, aesthetics, and wellness teams to provide comprehensive care Participate in practice growth initiatives, education, and community outreach Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards Contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery Eligible for California medical licensure Fellowship training or advanced experience in aesthetic surgery preferred Strong consultation and communication skills Commitment to patient safety and exceptional outcomes Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth and innovation
