What You'll Do:
Provide pediatric inpatient care in a busy hospital setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Manage acute and chronic pediatric cases, following established protocols Document patient progress and liaise with families and healthcare providers Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies
What You Need:
Valid medical license in California Pediatric or Family Medicine Board Certification (preferred) NRP Certification (required) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous hospitalist experience is a plus but not required About the
