We are looking for an experienced, confident, and personable Master Injector to join our team and become a key face of the LuxMD brand. This is an opportunity for an experienced aesthetic provider who is passionate about aesthetics, patient relationships, and delivering beautiful, natural results. Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Nurse Injector, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with approximately 6-10 years of hands-on aesthetic experience . The ideal candidate is an exceptional injector with advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, a strong aesthetic eye, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships with patients. This person will serve as one of the faces of LuxMD and will play an important role in patient retention, practice growth, consultations, treatment planning, and sales. We are looking for someone who is: An exceptional and confident injector Highly experienced in medical aesthetics Reliable, professional, and dependable Warm, personable, and confident with patients Comfortable recommending treatment plans and educating patients Naturally strong at sales and converting consultations into treatments Passionate about aesthetics and staying current with industry trends Able to build trust and long-term relationships with patients Comfortable representing the LuxMD brand both in the treatment room and with patients Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Aesthetic Treatments Perform consultations and treatments with a high level of clinical skill, safety, and attention to detail, including: Botox and other neuromodulators Dermal fillers Lip filler and advanced lip techniques Full-face filler treatments Radiesse Sculptra Facial balancing and contouring Microneedling Skin rejuvenation treatments Laser treatments Hyperpigmentation and skin concerns Body aesthetic treatments Medical weight-loss consultations and treatment management Other aesthetic procedures offered by LuxMD Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations Evaluate patients' concerns, goals, facial anatomy, and medical history Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, risks, benefits, and aftercare Recommend appropriate combination treatments and maintenance plans Establish trust and create a premium patient experience Maintain strong patient relationships and encourage long-term treatment plans Sales & Practice Growth The successful candidate must be comfortable with sales and business development .
Responsibilities include:
Converting consultations into appropriate treatment plans Educating patients about services and products Identifying opportunities for appropriate additional treatments Building treatment plans that encourage long-term patient relationships Increasing patient retention and repeat visits Following up with patients when appropriate Helping grow the LuxMD patient base through exceptional service and word-of-mouth referrals Representing LuxMD professionally and positively at all times This is not a high-pressure sales position. We are looking for someone who understands how to educate patients, identify their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and confidently communicate the value of our services. What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications Active California RN, NP, or PA license, as applicable to the position 6-10+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience preferred Extensive injectable experience Advanced Botox and dermal filler experience Strong experience with Radiesse and Sculptra Experience with microneedling and laser-based aesthetic treatments Experience with medical weight-loss treatments preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong consultation and patient-conversion skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and accountable Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is someone who can walk into a consultation room and immediately make the patient feel comfortable and confident.

Experienced. You have extensive hands-on experience and can confidently assess and treat a wide range of aesthetic concerns. An expert injector. You understand facial anatomy, proportions, product selection, injection techniques, and how to create natural, balanced results. A people person. Patients enjoy being around you, trust your recommendations, and feel comfortable returning to you. Sales-minded. You understand that excellent patient education and a personalized treatment plan are essential to growing an aesthetic practice. Reliable. You show up, follow through, communicate well, and take ownership of your responsibilities. A brand ambassador. You understand that every patient interaction represents LuxMD. Compensation $60-$100 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, skill level, and overall fit.
