Our integrated, team-based model allows physicians to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care that improves quality of life and long-term outcomes. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive medical care by interviewing, examining, diagnosing, and treating patients Deliver patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on wellness, prevention, and early detection Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies Coordinate referrals and specialty care based on clinical assessment and patient needs Participate in continuing medical education and CareMore clinical programs Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines Complete accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) on a daily basis Qualifications & Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s) Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice Active DEA license Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis (TB) test This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance and includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
