Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in primary care, with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of patient needs across all age groups. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver comprehensive medical services, promote preventive health strategies, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and health assessments, to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions. Develop personalized care plans that incorporate preventive measures, health education, and lifestyle modifications. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with specialists across various disciplines such as cardiology, pediatrics, dermatology, and obstetrics/gynecology to ensure holistic patient care. Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and wellness strategies. Manage urgent care needs and perform procedures such as suturing or basic wound care when necessary. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety. Skills Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management. Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnosis across multiple specialties including internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, cardiology, and obstetrics/gynecology. Experience with inpatient and outpatient care settings, including hospital medicine or clinic environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across disciplines to deliver coordinated patient care. Familiarity with medical imaging interpretation and diagnostic radiology principles is advantageous. Post-residency experience in family medicine or related primary care fields is required. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient service and education. Pay:
$280,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
