Compensation:

$270,000 $290,000 base salary Additional productivity bonuses: $20,000 bonus for averaging 15 patients/day $40,000 bonus for averaging 17 patients/day $80,000 bonus for averaging 19 patients/day Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 4 weeks PTO CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Licensing fees covered Visa sponsorship available
