We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to deliver surgical and non-surgical orthopedic services for work-related injuries. Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance. This position offers revenue share compensation and is suitable for those seeking flexible, part-time engagement.
