Job Description

OB/GYN Physician Opportunity - Newport Beach, CA Position Overview A well-established private women's healthcare practice in Newport Beach, California is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) to join their growing team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with options for 2, 3, or 4 clinic days per week and the potential for long-term growth and future ownership opportunities. The practice provides comprehensive women's healthcare services including routine gynecologic care, prenatal care, infertility evaluations, in-house ultrasound services, and hospital-based deliveries. Practice Setting Private Practice Outpatient Clinic with Hospital Responsibilities Collaborative environment with physician and mid-level provider support Long-standing and growing practice with strong community presence Schedule Flexible 2, 3, or 4-day clinic schedule
Clinic Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shared after-hours call responsibilities Hospital rounding and delivery coverage included Responsibilities Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients ages 16-90 Conduct routine gynecologic exams and preventive care Manage prenatal and obstetric patients Perform hospital rounds and deliveries Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Patient Volume Approximately 25 clinic patients per day Average of 3-4 clinic deliveries per week Approximately 6-10 deliveries per month while on call Qualifications MD or DO degree required Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN Active California medical license preferred or eligible New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply Strong work ethic and motivation required Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Profit Sharing Malpractice Coverage Laptop and Phone Expense Reimbursement Long-term partnership/ownership potential
