Job Description
Marin Gastroenterology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing physician team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered gastroenterology in a collaborative, physician-led environment serving Marin and Sonoma Counties. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive gastrointestinal care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, including consultations, endoscopic procedures, and longitudinal patient management. Full-time GI Schedule Full-time salaried position Four (4) clinical days per week One (1) dedicated administrative day per week Shared call responsibilities among physicians Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunity to build and maintain a robust outpatient practice Hospitalist (Independent Contractor) Schedule including compensation Provide on-call gastroenterology services in 3-10 days per month. May be consecutive, or broken into 3 or 4 day blocks Deliver comprehensive GI care within full scope of practice. Perform inpatient consultations for two local hospitals, less than 15 miles apart Perform cross-coverage duties for physicians that may be out of the office Perform outpatient procedures at affiliated hospitals as needed. Maintain accurate documentation within the EHR system. Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
