Orthopedic Surgeon Independent 1099 LiveWell Homecare Agency Oakland, CA Job Details Contract 13 hours ago Qualifications Orthopedic surgery DEA License Treatment of musculoskeletal injuries Orthopedics Full Job Description Join us at the California Orthopaedics Association Conference from April 16-18, visiting booth #70 and attending an exclusive reception on April 16 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST. We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide treatment at our onsite location, working approximately a half-day weekly or biweekly. Responsibilities include managing complex cases, facilitating patient recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams, focusing on both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. The role involves case management and communication with employers, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, unrestricted DEA license, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your private practice.
