Internal Medicine Physician LiveWell Homecare Agency Pacific Grove, CA Job Details Part-time 2 days ago Qualifications DEA License Medical License Internal medicine Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) licensed in California for a 1099 independent contractor role at our residential eating disorder treatment centers in Monterey and Santa Barbara. Provide in-person medical assessments, follow-ups, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Order labs, manage medications, address medical issues, and support psychiatric and nursing staff. Participate in medical rounds, treatment planning, and document in electronic health records. Available for emergencies during scheduled days; travel to both locations twice a month.
Qualifications:
Active CA license, DEA registration, experience with mental health or eating disorders preferred, professional liability insurance, strong communication skills.
Compensation:
$250 per initial visit, $125 per follow-up, $1,500 monthly facility stipend. This is an in-person, part-time, contract position averaging 5-10 hours weekly.
