Petaluma Valley Hospital , a small 80 bed community hospital in northern California has an opportunity available for a full-time Hospitalist Nocturnist , to join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team. Night Shift:

6 p.m. - 7 a.m. ICU experience is a plus. Open ICU. Shareholder opportunity in year 3 onward with additional perks, performance incentives, and retention bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Annual quality and performance bonuses and up to $7,500 for CME, career development, and out-of-pocket professional expenses (license, DEA, etc.)
