Job Description
An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist to oversee a growing Radiology department in California. The Radiology Manager will be responsible for leading department operations and supporting a robust range of imaging services. 🩻
The Radiology Manager will oversee staff and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This position is currently onsite three days per week with a flexible shift schedule. There are also opportunities for additional technical responsibilities for the right candidate.
This role offers the chance to step into a department leadership position with a strong foundation and established team. The previous manager transitioned out of the role to continue working toward a degree. The department currently includes two per diem employees.
Qualified candidates should have an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology or a related field along with at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience. A California CRT certificate and ARRT(R) registration are required along with CT certification or qualifying on-the-job experience. Candidates must also have completed an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program and hold BLS and a valid Venipuncture Certificate within six months of hire.
A Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field is preferred. Additional experience in Radiology and Mammography or MRI licensing would also be a plus. The organization offers a retirement plan and insurance benefits.
