Job Description

A health care district in Southern California's Imperial County is adding a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team. Position Specifics Outpatient clinic, newborn rounding, inpatient consults, and possible delivery attendance Option for a 4 or 5-day work week Shared call coverage Equipped with EMR Compensation / Benefits Package Independent Contractor / 1099 2-year salary guarantee of $275k with bonus potential Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, 4 weeks PTO, 1 week for CME and $3k, No visa support Southern Imperial County, California The Imperial Valley is home to a few small agricultural cities in Southeastern California. It is near the US/Mexican border city of Mexicali, 56 miles from Yuma, AZ, and 117 miles from San Diego, CA. You are only an hour from Yuma International Airport which offers daily direct round-trip flights to Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) The Imperial Valley offers pleasant winters, cultural diversity, and a low crime rate.
