Job Description About the Role Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care. Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer. Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures. Provide personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Step into an established patient base while continuing to grow your own panel. Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice. Develop leadership and practice management responsibilities as you progress toward partnership. Genuine opportunity to grow into a partner/owner role within the practice. Qualifications What We're Looking For Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO. Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain). Interest in a long-term opportunity with openness to partnership/ownership. Comfort managing a full-scope medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology caseload. Strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and a patient-first mindset. Business-minded approach and interest in contributing to practice growth. Collaborative team player who is excited to build on an established practice.
