  • , you will join Dignity Health Medical Group
  • North State, an established, physician-owned multi-specialty group in Redding, CA.

You will play a vital role on our ENT team, serving our community through a high-volume 270-bed hospital that houses a busy Level II Trauma Center. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive care while working in a system aligned with Dignity Health, one of the nation's largest and most respected healthcare providers. Every day you will diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, utilizing your full scope of practice to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population. You will manage both routine and complex ENT cases within a flexible structure that allows for full-time or part-time employment. Our team utilizes a rotating two-week schedule with designated surgical block time two days per week, and physicians provide maxillofacial call at Mercy Medical Center Redding. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist, bringing strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering comprehensive ENT services. This role requires participation in maxillofacial trauma call, and we welcome both experienced practitioners and new graduates who share our dedication to patient care and desire to join a collaborative, physician-led group.

  • Responsibilities:
  • + Diagnose and treat a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions in both clinic and surgical settings.

+ Manage a diverse patient panel, providing evidence-based care for both routine and complex ENT cases.

+ Work in both clinic and operative settings with designated block time available.

+ Participate in maxillofacial trauma call at a busy Level II Trauma Center.

+ Provide clinical care with the ability to perform minor procedures in-office. We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires (Prorated for less-than-fulltime):

+ Compensation will be based on a call stipend, plus wRVU based production.
