  • Overview This position offers a unique opportunity to practice serving a diverse patient population of the mountain community, in the charming town of Running Springs, where you can truly make a positive impact in the community.
We are seeking a Physician to join our dedicated and supportive healthcare team. We serve patients of all ages in the setting of primary care and urgent care. As a key member of our medical team, you will work closely with physicians, medical assistants, support team, advanced practice providers and leadership. Our healthcare team delivers high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in both urgent and primary care settings. Formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians as needed. Order and interpret laboratory, radiologic, and diagnostic tests. Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, Pelvic exams, I&D, splinting, wound care, injections, family planning services and more. Prescribe medications responsibly and manage ongoing therapies. Provide preventive care, health counseling, and chronic disease management. Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle modification, and medication compliance. Document all encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care. Qualifications Active and unrestricted California license (required).
BLS/ACLS
certification (current and in good standing). Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and multitasking ability. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, providers, medical staff, and leadership. Ability to adhere to professionalism and clinic policies.
