172-bed hospital with an 18-bed Emergency Department. 3-4 patients per hour with a 30% admit rate. Large Hispanic patient population. • $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
