Support, structure, and collaboration: The Manager of Radiology Diagnostic Imaging will report to a Director of Imaging Services with close partnership from a Radiology Medical Director, and will be supported by modality supervisors, lead technologists, and administrative specialists; the Manager of Radiology Diagnostic Imaging will collaborate daily with friendly nurses and a diverse team of technologists, sonographers, board-certified radiologists, advanced practice providers, patient access staff, and care coordinators to optimize throughput, scheduling, and service recovery; the Manager of Radiology Diagnostic Imaging will oversee accreditation readiness (e.g., ACR, Joint Commission), quality metrics, radiation safety and ALARA practices, protocol standardization, budget and capital planning, staffing and mentoring, vendor relations, and cross-department initiatives that elevate imaging quality and patient satisfaction.
