• Santa Monica, California 220-bed facility with a 23-bed Emergency Department.

Providence has an annual ED volume of 37,000 and an admit rate of 25%. 16 hours a day of Advanced Provider coverage. STEMI Receiving Center and certified as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center. • $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
