Locums Obstetrics & Gynecology coverage in California, providing 24 hour call for the Emergency Department with a mix of in person OB evaluations and phone consults. Highlights 24 hour call coverage for the Emergency Department Typical daily workload includes morning rounds as needed, about 2 to 4 patients per day Practice Setting Inpatient setting with ED call coverage for OB and GYN needs Typical daily workload includes morning rounds as needed, about 2 to 4 patients per day Monthly delivery volume is about 35 to 40 deliveries Epic EMR Schedule 24 hour call coverage for the Emergency Department As needed coverage Call includes 3 gratis hours Typical day includes 1 to 3 in person emergency visits plus 4 to 6 telephone calls Requirements Must be an MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active license required, facility will not wait for a license Let's compare your availability with the remaining 24 hour call coverage needs and talk through the expected ED consult volume.
