We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a fast-paced emergency department serving the High Desert community in Victorville, California. Responsibilities Emergency Medicine " Night Shift position / day shiftavailable also 12-hour shifts: 6:00 PM " 6:00 AM Preferred schedule of 6"8 shifts per month Open to full-time, part-time, and per-diem candidates Day shift opportunities also available 1099 Independent Contractor position Perform emergency procedures including intubations, chest tube placement, and central line insertion Serve a diverse patient population in a fast-paced clinical environment Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room experience required Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required Strong procedural skills and ability to work independently in a high-acuity setting Compensation Hourly compensation ranging from $260"$300 per hour Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision coverage Tuition reimbursement Additional voluntary benefit options Benefits may vary based on employment status and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
