Los Angeles, CA 90038 and 90028 Loan Repayment Eligible J1 Visa Sponsorship Available About the Opportunity We re seeking compassionate and mission-driven Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our expanding community health network in Los Angeles. Our clinics provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families of all backgrounds including underserved and unhoused populations. Whether you re an experienced provider or a recent residency graduate ready to make a meaningful impact, this role offers the chance to practice full-spectrum medicine in a supportive, team-based environment. Current Openings We currently have two physician opportunities across our Los Angeles clinics: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine with
Pediatrics:
Care for all ages in a family-focused setting. Internal Medicine (Adults Only): Serve adult and unhoused populations; interest in addiction medicine is a plus but not required. Flexible schedules available full-time or 4-day workweeks. Responsibilities Provide primary and preventive care to patients through physical exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Order, review, and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests. Develop and implement treatment plans and adjust care as needed. Collaborate closely with nurses, MAs, residents, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and development of care protocols. Contribute to program development and help shape new community health initiatives. Support and mentor medical trainees and staff. Schedule & Environment Full-time (36 clinical + 4 admin hours/week) admin hours may be remote.
Patient volume:
22 patients/day. Monday Friday schedule, with occasional evening or on-call coverage (approx. 3x per year).
Flexible options:
4x10s or 5x8s available depending on location.
EMR:
Epic AI Scribe Program in place for documentation support. Each provider is supported by a dedicated MA and nurse. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board Eligible candidates must be scheduled to take/pass boards prior to start date. Active or eligible California medical license. Commitment to serving diverse, underserved, and unhoused populations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $250,000 $265,000 annually (based on experience) Loan repayment: Eligible for up to $60,000/year through FQHC programs Malpractice insurance: Fully covered (with tail)
