Family Medicine Physician•Wilmington, CA•(Part Time)

Part-Time Work Schedule Part-Time:
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 8:00 AM•12:00 PM No nights or on-call responsibilities Patient & Practice Details Outpatient-only setting Average patient volume: 20-24 patients per day Diverse patient population across all age groups Strong clinical and administrative support Annual visit volume across clinics exceeds 180,000 Position Overview We are seeking mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to diverse and underserved patient populations. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care, health education, and wellness services Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health providers, and support staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine Candidates currently completing residency are welcome to apply Ability to see patients across the lifespan Strong commitment to serving underserved communities Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Excellent benefits package CME stipend and paid CME time Malpractice insurance coverage Federal and state loan repayment eligibility (NHSC-approved site) Growth and leadership development opportunities Sign-on incentives may be available for select roles
