This role is embedded within our integrative primary care model, partnering closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered mental health care. The Pediatric Psychiatrist will play a critical role in diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and advancing comprehensive, team-based behavioral health services.
Pediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.? WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Pediatric Psychiatrist at Zarminali, you will focus on:Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.Medication Management:
Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications in collaboration with families and the integrated care team.Patient Population:
Provide care primarily to patients ages 5-18Whole-Child Mental Health:
Support emotional, behavioral, and developmental wellbeing through early identification, evidence-based psychiatric care, and prevention-focused interventions.Family Engagement & Education:
Partner with caregivers to provide education, guidance, and shared decision-making around diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.Collaboration:
Work closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, integrated, and holistic care.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.WHAT WE LOOK FOR

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry; Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship preferred (or strong pediatric-focused experience) Current and unrestricted medical license in Colorado DEA license Experience evaluating and treating pediatric psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, integrated care setting that values coordination between physical and behavioral healthWHAT WE OFFER 100
