Our Team:
The Department of Anesthesiology at Denver Health includes 20 attending physicians, including 7 Pediatric Anesthesiologist, and 42 CRNAs who deliver high-quality perioperative care across one of the nation’s top safety-net systems. Our team supports a wide range of surgical services, including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, and multiple subspecialties, offering anesthesiologists broad exposure to high-acuity and diverse clinical cases. Denver Health provides 24/7 in-house anesthesiology coverage through a collaborative anesthesia care team model. This academic role includes a combination of independent clinical practice as well as teaching and supervising anesthesiology residents and medical students. Clinical expectations are 40 hours per week of anesthesiology staffing services.
