Job Description
Spine Colorado is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE), employed Interventional Physiatrist to join our growing, physician-owned and led organization. We are the regional leader in comprehensive spine care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered treatment across the full continuum of spine and musculoskeletal conditions. This position is focused exclusively on interventional spine care. The role does not include medication management, allowing the physician to practice at the top of their license with an emphasis on procedural excellence, outcomes, and efficiency. Fellowship training in Interventional Pain or Spine is strongly preferred. Spine Colorado offers a highly collaborative, multispecialty environment with deep, established partnerships across the region, including: A physician-aligned and partnered Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) A joint venture Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) The area's busiest hospital system, where our providers are deeply embedded in spine care delivery We are also in an exciting phase of growth, including the development of a brand-new, state-of-the-art Medical Office Building, scheduled for completion in approximately one year. This facility will further expand our ability to deliver coordinated, efficient, and patient-focused spine care. Compensation and Structure Employed position Guaranteed base salary at MGMA 25th Percentile of $280,000, with significant production bonus structure opportunity Strong infrastructure and referral base to support rapid ramp-up This opportunity is ideal for an interventional physiatrist seeking a stable employed model, robust procedural volume, and the chance to join a well-established spine practice with a clear vision for growth and long-term success.
