Job Description

Join an established orthopedic team in Durango, Colorado as a full-time Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. Provide patient-centered care for a broad range of spinal conditions, offering both non-operative management and surgical treatment. Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing spine patients, performing spine procedures and surgeries, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering pre- and postoperative care, and collaborating with physicians and clinical staff for coordinated care.
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency Fellowship training in orthopedic spine surgery Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Eligible for Colorado medical licensure Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills Compensation & benefits: Competitive base salary with productivity and/or quality incentives Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability Retirement plan options (401[k]/403[b]) with employer contributions Paid time off, holidays, and CME days CME allowance and support for professional development Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Relocation assistance and/or signing bonus
