$145.00/hr Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Diagnose and treat diseases of the reproductive and genitourinary systems Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures, including vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections Conduct routine exams (pelvic exams, pap smears, ultrasounds) Place IUDs and perform surgeries such as hysterectomies and laparoscopic procedures Provide prenatal care and manage antenatal patients Evaluate abnormal pap smears and other pathology Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans
What You Need Degree/Education :
Physician, OB/GYN shall have a doctorate degree from an accredited college approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association or Doctor of Osteopathy from a college accredited by the American Osteopathic Association. Graduates of foreign medical schools are required to possess both a medical license and other certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or 5th Pathway. Board Certification :
Shall be Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG) or an equivalent accredited program and have successfully completed a four-year residency program which is accredited by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians.
Certifications :
ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications from either (AHA only).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent OB-GYN experience after residency within the last 6 years or shall have 1 year experience on a civilian or military hospital within the last 6 years. Time spent in an accredited residency program will not be used to satisfy this requirement.
Licensure :
Shall have an unrestricted license in one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands and be able to obtain clinical privileges to practice medicine at the MTF where services are provided.
