Responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care, maintaining timely documentation, and participating in medical staff duties such as meetings, peer reviews, and compliance. Travel required to various locations; evaluate care management processes; analyze clinical and operational data to optimize resource use. Collaborate with healthcare teams, build positive relationships, and serve on relevant committees to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance. Support practice operations, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and meet quality standards. Schedule involves 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, with no night call. Benefits include a competitive salary ($110K-$135K), 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, bonuses, and relocation assistance. Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care experience preferred. Must be willing to relocate to Grand Junction, CO before starting.
