Job Description
Community Hospital is a full-service, acute-care hospital, licensed for 60 beds. We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Colorado, which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake City. Family Medicine Position Highlights:
Grand Valley Primary Care has been instrumental in Community Hospital's unprecedented growth and success over the last decade. Grand Valley Primary Care now stretches the length of the entire Grand Valley with multiple clinic locations in Palisade, Grand Junction, and Fruita to better support the area's growing population. We are actively looking for additional Family Medicine Physicians to join these expanding practice locations. 32 Patient Contact Hours, plus 8 hours of administrative time per week. 100% Outpatient Practice Phone Call only on-call responsibilities. Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations. Dedicated ramp up period for new providers 15-20 patients per day. 20- and 40-minute patient appointments.
