Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

$1.00 (full-time annual salary range: $291,000 - $324,000) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous CME allowance Paid malpractice insurance Retirement plans with employer match (403(b) and 457(b Paid family and medical leave Paid sick leave and vacation time Relocation assistance may be available Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You ll Do Provide overnight inpatient obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and postpartum support Manage gynecologic consults for acute issues during nocturnist shifts Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients Collaborate with an excellent team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers Support complex cases with multispecialty teams onsite Communicate effectively with day teams for seamless patient care handoffs Document all patient interactions in the Epic EMR system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols Handle emergency obstetric situations and maternal/fetal complications Mentor residents or APPs during shifts, as appropriate Contribute to hospital committees and process improvements

What You Need Required:

Board-certified OB/GYN Valid medical license in Colorado or eligible At least 3 years of OB/GYN experience Ability to work overnight shifts
