Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight, including labor management and deliveries Manage postpartum care and gynecologic acute issues during shifts Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies Collaborate closely with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers Support complex cases with multispecialty teams onsite Ensure effective handoffs and care continuity via Epic EMR documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital safety protocols Contribute to a culture of patient-centered, high-quality care Support training and mentoring of residents or APPs during shifts as needed Engage in hospital committee work and process improvementsWhat You Need:
Active Colorado medical license and board certification in OB/GYN Prior hospitalist or inpatient OB/GYN experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle emergency obstetric situations professionally Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care About theAssignment:
