This position offers the opportunity for seamless collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology. Key features of the role include designated robotic surgical time, with minimal on-call obligations limited to established surgical patients, eliminating the need for emergency department coverage for gynecology. The practice is supported by an efficient clinical team, consisting of nurse practitioners and physician assistants who manage the majority of new patient consultations, allowing the surgeon to concentrate on pre- and post-operative care. From day one, you will engage in a high-volume operating room environment, as the current surgeon performs 12-14 robotic cases weekly, with a patient waitlist extending approximately five months. You'll be part of a physician-led medical group utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system across the organization. •

Requirements:
