Locums About the Facility This 364-bed facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center, providing comprehensive neurosurgical services across inpatient and emergency department settings. The institution maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site neurosurgical call coverage throughout all assigned periods. RN and MA support are in place to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery. About the Facility Location Colorado offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor recreation, arts and culture, and community events throughout the year. The state features destinations across its mountain regions and front range communities, with activities including hiking, rafting, cycling, and stargazing. Clinicians may also explore local food and drink scenes, historical sites, and seasonal festivals that reflect the region's cultural diversity. About the Clinician's Workday The neurosurgeon will provide 24-hour call coverage for neurological surgery services across inpatient and emergency department settings at this on-site Level II Trauma Center in Colorado. Primary responsibilities include managing surgical traumas involving cranial and spine procedures and surgical spine fractures. Clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for surgical interventions throughout all assigned coverage periods. RN and MA support staff are available to assist throughout each assignment.
