Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and life insurance Retirement plans including 403(b) matching and 457(b) deferred compensation Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Robust referral bonus program Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance What You'll Do Provide outpatient clinic services and perform surgeries in a dedicated orthopedic operating room Manage a high patient volume with a focus on high-quality care Participate in patient consultations, follow-ups, and post-operative care Utilize advanced equipment including robotics, arthroscopy tools, and in-house x-ray systems Collaborate with an experienced team of surgeons, advanced practice providers, and support staff Support inpatient and outpatient procedures, with a focus on efficiency and patient outcomes Engage in patient documentation using Epic EMR system What You Need Valid, unrestricted medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Ability to work independently and in a team setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in high-volume orthopedic care is preferred About the Assignment Join a well-established orthopedic team at a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado.
